Processing Time: All orders, including our beloved calendars, have a processing time of 5 business days. Custom products, such as custom-designed apparel, may take 1-2 weeks to process. Our team meticulously prepares and packs your items to guarantee they reach you in paw-some condition.

Shipping Methods: Once your order is processed, we ship via either USPS or UPS, selecting the most efficient and cost-effective option for your location.

Estimated Delivery Time: The estimated delivery time varies based on your location and the shipping method selected during checkout. On average, you can expect your order to arrive within 2-5 business days from the date of shipment.

Order Tracking: Upon shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. Use this number to track your order's journey to your doorstep.

Shipping Delays: While we strive for timely deliveries, external factors such as weather conditions, holidays, and unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Your understanding and patience in such situations are greatly appreciated.
