Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, please reach out to us at [email protected] with your order number and request.

We do not accept incoming return packages without prior return request approval. We ask that you do not return any physical products without first contacting our customer support team to submit your request.

 

Exclusions / non-refundable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned such as perishable goods, custom collection items, personal care products, and digital items.

Exchanges

We do not process exchanges at this time. If you’re looking to exchange for a different item, we ask that you submit a return request for the original purchase and place a new order for the preferred item(s).
