Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, please reach out to us at [email protected] with your request including the order number and product for return.


Refund process

Upon receiving the returned request, we'll determine if your order is eligible for return. If the return request is approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.


Non-Returnable items

Certain items may not be eligible such as digital products and final sale items, etc. (Non-returnable items will be clearly marked on the product page).

 

Exchanges

We do not process exchanges at this time. If you’re looking to exchange for a different item, we ask that you submit a return request for the original purchase and place a new order for the preferred item(s).
